Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your destination.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package becomes undeliverable, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure safe delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Inspect the Package

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and requesting the courier to mark it as “Damaged on Arrival.”

Step 2 – Contact Us

If you discover damage after receiving the package, please contact us within 48 hours.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label

Step 3 – Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Important Notes

We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect the functionality of the product.

Damage claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
